Charlotte Tilbury Giveaway

It's our Birthday!!
It's been two years since my first post and can I just say, doesn't time fly when you're having fun!
It's been a great two years and I'm so happy I made the decision to start this blog. I have had a couple short breaks, as well as a pretty long 7/8 month break from blogging, but that has made me realise that I want to be doing this and love doing this and I'm back for good! I want to share with you a few of my favourite posts over the last two years...

Essie Winter Nudes

Essie Winter Nudes

We are now officially in the depth of Winter and it is blimming freezing out there! I like to add a bit of warmth wherever I can, including my nails. These gorgeous, dark pastel hues are what I'll be rocking this Winter, to add a bit of warmth and sophistication to my Winter looks. Like all Essie polishes, the application was quick and easy, especially with Merino Cool thanks to the tapered shaped brush. The formula of these polishes is gorgeous and non streaky, you could even get away with just one coat, but I like to use two for a flawless finish. So let's take a look at my Essie Winter Nudes.

Essie Winter Nudes Ladylike
Lady Like | A gorgeous nude mauve, with a lilac toned pink feel to it. - Beautiful elegant look.

Essie Winter Nudes Chinchilly
Chinchilly | A milky lilac toned grey. - Perfect edgy but sleek look.

Essie Winter Nudes Merino Cool
Merino Cool | A beautiful Autumn Mulberry tone, similar to Chinchilly just a little darker with more of a deep purple tone. - Gorgeous Autumn deep look.

These shades are so hot right now - despite the weather being so not!

What shades are you loving this season?

Charlotte Tilbury Haul
I couldn't put it off any longer, I had to get me some of that gorgeous Charlotte Tilbury makeup! Over the last year or two all I've been hearing about is Charlotte Tilbury, her range really has blown up and I can definitely see why, it's probably some of the most gorgeous makeup I have ever seen! So I decided to treat myself after Christmas and bite the bullet and get me some of that rose gold goodness!

Charlotte Tilbury Haul Filmstar Bronze & Glow
The first thing I just knew I had to have was the Filmstar Bronze & Glow, people have not stopped talking about this beautiful bronze and highlight palette. Lets just stop and take a minute to appreciate that we are in rose gold heaven! The packaging on all her products is just beautiful and so high quality. I love the sturdiness and also the very generous size mirror in this gorgeous palette. On first touch these powders are so soft and silky I can't wait to try them out. The bronzer looks great and not to over powering for someone like me with a lighter skin tone. It also has a subtle shimmer to it. The highlight is beautiful too, I just love a good golden highlight!

Charlotte Tilbury Haul Luxury Colour-coded Eye Shadow Palette
I also had to get my hands on one of the Luxury Colour-coded Eye Shadow Palettes, I picked up 'The Golden Goddess' I can't resist a good golden shimmer! The texture of these beautiful shades is just like the blush, it couldn't be more creamy and silky! The shadows are enriched with natural oils and silicon treated pearls to give us this un-real cream-in-powder texture. The Golden Goddess Pallet consists of four beautiful warm golden shades each with their own purpose. Charlotte Tilbury gives us a bit of a tip on how to use these beautiful shades (this picture doesn't do any justice!), from the top left along :
Prime | This is a warm champagne shade, great to base the lid.
Enhance | A warm taupe with a golden shimmer, a perfect crease shade - great for blending.
Smoke | A glitzy shimmering bronze based shade - perfect for a night time look
Pop | A soft golden brown to help deepen the look.

Charlotte Tilbury Haul Bitch Perfect Lipstick & Cheek To Chic Swish & Pop Blusher
I'm a bit of a sucker for a good blush so of course I wanted to get my hands on a Cheek To Chic Swish & Pop Blusher. I picked up 'Love Glow', how cute is that name! Everyone wants to recreate the innocent glowiness of being in love and this is definitely what Charlotte has gone for here. This is a pretty true pink shimmering shade that is going to be so great coming into Spring and Summer. The idea is to swish your brush around the darker outside colour and apply that to your cheek bone in an upwards motion for a kind of base shade, then to add the center pop to the apple of your cheeks to make them pop and glow and of course blend together. This is such a a fun idea to me I can't wait to see the effect. Both shades are honestly probably some of the silkiest and softest powders I have ever felt. I know these are going to be so nice to apply and blend.

Of course I couldn't not pick up a lipstick! I chose 'Bitch Perfect' from Charlotte's K.i.s.s.i.n.g range, lets be real, I pretty much chose this just because of the bad ass name! Who doesn't want to be Bitch Perfect! The K.i.s.s..i.n.g range is said to be enhanced with the special ingredients from the ancient lipstick tree that help naturally protect your lips from UV damage, as well as leaving your lips pert and soft, prefect for a smooch! Bitch Perfect is incredibly creamy and soft I just know this isn't going to dry out my lips! The shade is a pretty nude pink, great for any occasion. It also has a slight orange base to it in some lights, leaving it more of a colourful bright nude.

We've come to the end of probably one of the most beautiful and luxurious hauls EVER and to be honest I'm pretty glad, because now I can finally try all these rose gold beauties and I'm sure reviews will be coming.

I hope you have enjoyed this post as much as I have, what are your favourite Charlotte Tilbury Products?
